We are looking for a China Logistics Operation Leader to work with our Global Logistics organization  with over 60 employees. Do you have a passion for Supply chain & Logistics? Then we would love to hear  from you. 

What you’ll do 

• Own & Manage 3PL’s partner’s relationship, driving the 3PL teams to meet defined business goals  & objectives and Ensure stability in transportation operations 

• Challenge existing ways of working using Lean tools to drive higher operational efficiencies. 

• Responsible for 3rd party Logspec team management to ensure Logspec performance to meet biz  requirements 

• Own the discussions with Customer service teams to plan and execute shipments, identify  improvement opportunities and implement changes 

• Aligns closely and strategically with cross functional teams & cross regional teams to improve  fulfillment lead time, drive deflation, and reduce logistics risk, ensure operational excellence &  compliance

• Lead and manage transportation cost, spend analysis, initial cost saving opportunities and drive  implementations

• Lead discussions with finance teams regarding quarterly logistics spend budgets. 

• Lookout for & implement the latest technologies that can drive operations efficiency

• Drive continuous efficiency & compliance improvements

• Be the single point of contact for the logistics and transportation operations and responsible for being  audit ready (Quality, EHS, Security, Business Continuity audits) 

 Ensuring that operations requirements for AEO / CTPAT / equivalent certification are  implemented and sustained 

Who you are 

• Bachelor degree with 10 years' experience in Operational environment of Distribution, Logistics or  Transportation Management

• Solid communications and analytical skills 

• Proven track record to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments

• Effective problem solving, root cause analytical skills.

• Experience of improvement work using LEAN.
