岗位职责

1.负责海外电商公司自营电商业务（北美、泛欧、亚太）的PSI管理，统筹月度销售预测和备货规划需求等相关工作；

2.与美的国际物流平台共同制定泛欧及东盟国家的物流及配送解决方案，并持续进行价值链及仓配效率改善；

3.参与海外电商供应链数字化系统的搭建与优化等工作。

任职资格

1.本科及以上学历，英语六级；

2.3年以上生产计划、采购、供应链等相关工作经验，理解价值流拉动原理，熟悉海外供应链系统操作；

3.具备较强的数据统计与分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，良好的沟通协调组织能力及职业素养；

海外电商物流运营-深圳、佛山

岗位职责

1、负责处理货物进出口及韩国本地电商物流的日常业务，包括订单跟踪管理、仓储管理、物流运输、异常跟进、账单核对、供应商结算等；

2、负责与供应商、内部业务单位、物流合作伙伴等进行沟通协同，确保物流运营的顺畅和高效；

3、负责监控物流运营过程中的各个环节，及时发现问题并采取有效措施解决，特殊异常事件与总部团队的及时反馈或升级，确保物流订单的交付质量和效率；

4、负责其他韩国进出口及电商物流运营相关的工作。

任职资格

1. 具备国际贸易、国际供应链管理等专业知识，了解物流行业的相关政策、韩国当地相关法规和市场情况；

2. 了解韩国本地电商平台物流运营和服务商情况，熟悉电商物流的运作流程和操作规范，能够独立完成物流运作的各项工作；

3. 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，能够与供应商和内部跨团队有效沟通，解决问题和协调工作；

4. 具备流利的韩语口语和书写能力，能够与国际客户和供应商进行有效的沟通和合作。

多式联运产品经理-佛山

岗位职责

1、负责收集中俄国际铁路市场价格、行业信息与动态、客户关系维护及业务开发。

2、基于客户需求，提供中俄/中亚方向的国际铁路、海铁、汽运等各类运输方式的最优运输方案，确保报价有市场竞争力；

3、负责建立和健全供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系，获取合适的海、铁运资源；

4、针对供应商服务品质考核评价结果，提出改善要求，并有针对性的对供应商的管理和运营能力的提升和完善做相应支持；

5、协助运营团队，及时解决国际运输中的突发和异常问题跟进，确保货物及时、准确交付给客户，形成闭环管理。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理相关专业优先；

2、具备国际班列5年以上的工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；

3、具备良好的沟通表达能力，能使用英语或者俄语开展工作；

4、具备较强的独立工作和业务创新能力，善于总结提炼，较强的流程改善意识，抗压能力强；

5、能够接受国内/海外出差。

供应链与服务负责人-墨西哥

Before go-live

• Deliver Greenfield project on time, on quality, on budget, on compliance with local regulations and HQ policies

o Site selection – shortlisting, evaluation, recommendation to steering group

o Negotiations with land owners, local government, utilities, etc

o Evaluation and selection of developers / construction companies

o Oversee construction, equipment installation & testing, production ramp-up

o Secure all required environmental and operational licenses for the site

o Target land purchase in 2023 and start production end of 2024

• Weekly reporting of project status, risks and action plans to HQ stakeholders

• Manage the project team consisting of project leads for each participating product division & supporting consultancies (for local expertise on real estate, legal, tax, etc)

• Scout the local supply base for key commodities and components

After go-live

• Build a strong factory organization, consisting of a mix of local talent and a limited number of engineering / manufacturing experts from HQ

• Ensure compliance with all relevant company polices and legal requirements

• Monitor and manage factory costs against annual budget

• Ensure the right quantity and quality of labor to meet production targets

• Manage labor union, government and community relations

• Develop a robust Environmental, Health & Safety program for the site

• Develop a robust Quality program for the site

• Develop a strong local supply base for key commodities and components

Skills

• Open for Mexican only

• Factory operations leadership

• Greenfield investment and construction management

• Manage local labor force and relationship with labor unions

• Fluent in Spanish and English in both verbal and written communication

• Cultural sensitivity and ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders with sometimes conflicting interests

• Strong project management and ability to manage suppliers and contractors and hold them accountable for their performance
